At the same time these agencies are being created, and the wealth of the people is being systematically depleted, the President will focus on two campaigns that effectively make every individual a state agency. (part 3)
National Training Programs. A government that is transitioning to National Socialism will create training programs controlled at the federal level. Exclusively. It will abolish or seize control of private trade schools and technical training centers. It will determine what jobs people will be allowed to train for, and which people will be trained. There will be a large indoctrination component included in the curriculum. The President will say things like this:
I want to cut through the maze of confusing training programs, so that from now on, people … have one program, one website, and one place to go for all the information and help they need.8
Under the guise of training for jobs the unemployed can also be marshaled as a labor pool to perform government programs, making them dependent again on government, and strengthening the arm of government.
National Community Services Under the guise of Community Service programs and projects created supposedly to solve community problems and improve the quality of life, citizens can be indoctrinated with government philosophies on who the enemy is, what the problems are, and what the solutions are. And they can be kept too busy to think for themselves. Many high schools now require a certain number of community service hours in order to earn a diploma, and college and university students are being lured (for now) to volunteer for community service by federal student loan forgiveness packages.
Along the line of this forced communitarianism, local neighborhood councils can be created where ‘selected’ representatives can use the consensus process to cleverly guide groups to predetermined conclusions on issues such as zoning laws and community redevelopment. These councils are used to circumvent elected representatives not already in the secret circle, and speed up the process of transformation.
These programs and councils start out as volunteer membership propositions, but soon everyone will be required to attend the meetings. They will be mandated as necessary, and eventually no one will be exempt.
A National Socialist President will say things like this: “Join me in a national commitment to train two million Americans with skills that will lead directly to a job,”9 and he will always say:
There is nobody who can’t serve, nobody who can’t help somebody else.10
The primary direction of these programs with their mechanisms will be the ghettoization of urban and suburban living areas by creation of high-density residential transportation corridors. Focus will be on applying pressure on motorists to abandon car use to save us from greenhouse gas emissions.
Although the theory of anthropomorphic global warming has been clearly exposed as both a political and scientific fraud, too many careers have already been established in government agencies that must continue to be fed with tax dollars. And at the high of the height of the global warming charade, the devotees were able to get laws passed to legalize their crusade.11
Under the Sustainable Communities and Climate Protection Act of 2008, look for perfectly good and wide four lane avenues reduced to two lanes by widening center islands and including bicycle lanes. Look for bus arteries being built along which apartment housing is constructed next to and on top of new shopping outlets. Look for local governments to dramatically escalate the use of financial incentive, revenue blackmail, and even emanate domain to seize single family dwellings and the convert homes into multifamily low income stack and pack dwellings for equity distribution to achieve social justice.
The State of California calls this redistribution of private property the process of “Promoting infill development and social-economic equity,” according to Linda M. Wheaton at the California Department of Housing and Community Development who wrote to clarify the legislative intent of the law. The intention is to reduce everyone to the lowest common denominator and force them into ghettos for the sake of economic equity.12
Planning boards may seek out developers to submit water color plans of attractive monorails gliding over idyllic communities to sell to the public, but in reality the attractiveness of the ‘infilling’ only exists on the posters. Anything too nice might be too expensive, and the would put “displacement pressure on transit-dependent … riders with car-owning houses holds less likely to regularly use transit,” and it is crucial for us to take note that many of the transit-dependent “are low income, renter, and non-white households.”13 Why does color matter? Because in the minds of racists it always matters. Even though the Civil Rights Act of 1964 bars government from enacting polices based on race that is what they are doing under the Sustainable Communities Act.
In the National Socialists playbook, race is used by the racists seeking power as a wedge both to divide and conquer, or as a fulcrum to pass legislation to do the same. Don’t get confused, genetic purity is not as important in the beginning as philosophical purity, and in the end exceptions can always be made. Even Hitler had Jewish blood.14 For the time being, one of the unfavored race only needs to be, and demonstrate, self-loathing; something easily accomplished by occupying a seat in today’s universities.
The overpaid bureaucrats assigned to implement the 2008 Act on their subjects are not alarmed over the blatantly racists agenda because the ruling class will be largely unaffected by the outcome (just as Congress is exempt from many of the laws they pass). The law provides for public meetings supposedly to obtain public input and guidance, but they are charades where the Delphi technique is used to force small groups towards pre-determined outcomes while giving them the appearance of democracy and the impression that the majority of participants desired that outcome.
It gets even more sinister. The National Socialists in our government are openly recruiting party members who will enforce the party line.
