Ultimate Culprit Behind Waukesha Christmas Parade Massacre Bragged about Potential for loss of Human Life
In a horrific twist of perverted irony, the lead conspirator in the Waukesha Christmas Parade Massacre has turned out to be none other than Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm. The architect behind the $1000 bail that put Darrell E. Brooks Jr behind the wheel of the SUV to murder 5 innocent people and injure several others, District Attorney Chisholm literally bragged about that possibility in a 2007 interview.
While touting his prosecutorial reforms that included sparing nonviolent criminals from a traditional justice system, Chisholm seemingly boasted:
Is there going to be an individual I divert, or I put into [a] treatment program, who’s going to go out and kill somebody? It’s guaranteed to happen. It does not invalidate the overall approach.1
That guarantee Chisholm made was one he was prepared to stand by, even after it was realized back in 2013. Heroin addict Jeremiah Schroeder, who had to all but be duct-taped into Chisholm’s diversion program to eventually get a clean drug test, went on to facilitate the drug overdose of 26 year-old Cassandra Lutz. For his part in her death, Schroeder was charged with homicide. He may have never been caught had not a maintenance worker foiled his attempt to sneak the body of Lutz away via a stair case to an underground parking garage.
As for Chisholm, cloaked in impunity, he took it in stride. His webpage continues to boast that he “has created a nationally-acclaimed community prosecution program that stations experienced prosecutors in neighborhoods throughout Milwaukee County.”2 We need to remember that ‘nationally-acclaimed’ merely means that other progressive prosecutors from at least one other state, who are effectively committing murder and mayhem on their unsuspecting citizens, are ‘high-fiving’ each other.
