Session Five: Church of What’s Happening Now

Thank you for rejoining us in our last and closing session of TheNewsBeats.com conference “The Church of What’s Happening Now” where we’ve taken a  look at some of the things going on in the visible church today. In session one we examined the speakers scheduled for the 10.10.10 conference and concluded they were strumpets, cheap starlets, some demon possessed men, and one imitator of the Holy Spirit. In session two, we began looking into the poisoned well conference billed as “New Spring Leadership Conference.” We were able to determine that the conference was not about building leaders at all, but instead was a scheme for drafting menservants. In session three we compared the law of tithing to the law of circumcision, and asserted that the men who would hold others to the law of tithing could themselves be held to the whole law. None would escape.

In session four we revealed the secrets false teachers employ to manipulate people and build their empires. What we witnessed are men of the flesh who are skilled artificers at creating community bodies in imitation Christ’s body the church. Their emphasis on the works of the flesh is to keep Christians carnal, and Satan’s children content to remain as such so long as they keep paying their ten percent dues.

TheNewsBeats.com Conference

This NewsBeats.com conference was held to inform and strengthen those in the faith in these last days.  It is difficult for saints trapped in the webs of false prophets to be able to come across this information as they are purposely kept too busy to reflect and research.  This conference provided another resource for them to access to help them escape the yoke of bondage.  This has been an expose, and a warning to the saints to beware:

Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. (Php 3:2-3; emphasis added)

Conference Prognosis

There are no illusions in this conference. Barely a few will be saved from these wicked men from efforts like this one. The false teachers will continue to grow their markets:

And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. (2Pe 2:2-3)

For now, they enjoy their sin as they eat up the vineyards, but there comes a voice from heaven that will declare “the spoil of the poor is in your houses” (Isa 3:14c), and an accounting is to be made:

What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the Lord GOD of hosts. (Isa 3:15)

The Lord will enter into judgment against false teachers and false prophets. Soon.

In the meantime, these movements of men, by men, and for these men will continue to build their kingdoms on earth. Consequently, attendees will be fed the drug and power of rock and roll in place of the Holy Spirit.

More Poison on a Scale of 10.10.10

There is a plethora of poisoned well conferences that come and go promising in one fashion or another to recognize the priesthood of believers, but they are in fact pretending to view them as leaders and merely using flattery to seduce them. In reality they are money making recruitment drives. The result will be to press men into indentured servitude and make dues paying members for their organizations.

The conferences are also for developing affiliate market pools to increase sales of their heretical products. In almost every case, there is no shortage of merchandise on display in the lobby at these events. There are books and recorded messages the unsuspecting can purchase so these men can continue whispering their lies into their ears.

We’ve established that these men are conducting a false priesthood by requiring the Hebrew tithe on pain of cursing, and how that plays out in their scheme of human resource management. Those unfortunate enough to become dues paying members of any of these leader’s organizations will be bled even more.

Here’s the rest of the menu:

To pretend Christian service empowered by the Spirit, congregants will often be organized into work details to provide free labor for the organization. They will call this a ‘ministry’ assigned to a member after supposedly discovering gifts God has bestowed on them through the use of psychological personality profiles authored by godless men.

To pretend Christian service with outreach, public relations community work projects are scheduled and members are told the purpose intended is to demonstrate Christ’s love, but they are actually campaigns to win worldly favor and entice more victims to join them.

Sincere Pastors and Tithing

Now, no doubt some of you have felt a little uncomfortable with this discussion regarding the tithe because you are attending or have attended a church where the pastor enforced the tithe, but was otherwise sound and dependable. There are some men not so wicked who enforce the ordinance of the tithe out some biblical illiteracy. Others do so because it has become a Protestant tradition that has gone unquestioned. It should have been overturned long ago as the Reformation rejected Catholic indulgences.

Other Side of the Tithing Coin

It would not be a fair treatment of the subject if we didn’t turn our attention for a momnet to the happy tithers. These are in happier circumstances, but are being pastured towards even more danger.

There is the idea of meritorious salvation to watch out for. Ones that can easily give ten percent inevitable begin to take a certain pride in it. It’s as if they were in special standing acquired by their own steps. It’s not far from here to diminishing the work of Christ.

The behavior of these ordinance keepers trusting in their own works was addressed by Paul:

For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. (Gal 5:3-4)

This means if they are saved, they quench the Holy Spirit so that they have not the power, or the grace of God. If they are not saved, but have tasted of the heavenly gift, that is, they have been exposed to the gospel and have been among the saints to witness the power of God (Heb 6:4-5), they are in danger of forever falling away without being sealed by the spirit of promise (Eph 1:13).

Funding the Apostasy

It is to the shame of many that a singular fact has been established in this conference: the imposition of the Hebrew tithe upon Christian denominations has made possible the funding of the Apostasy.

Many false teachers whose ‘ministries’ could not otherwise survive by their substance alone on a value-to-dollar ratio in an intellectual free market are financed by religious coercion. Now, we know the things of the spirit are not subject to man’s wisdom (1Cor 2:10-14), but the fare served in these churches cannot be measured in spiritual terms as the sprit is absent from the building, and the teaching.

Accountability of Saints

We’ll close out this conference with a few final observations.  While false teachers will be judged according to the severity of their sin and punished accordingly (Jon 19:11; Lk 12:47-48), Christians who support them are responsible for their own actions.

This is the Laodicean church age of lukewarm saints in wealthy churches from which Christ has been excluded; pictured in Revelation as standing outside the church door knocking to regain entry (Rev 3:14-20).  The saints will be judged.

Building on the foundation of false teachers is not building on the foundation of Jesus Christ (1Cor 3:11).

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (1Co 3:12-15)

This is referred to as the judgment of reward, but there is great potential for loss.

The days of the church residing on earth are drawing to a close.  Today, the visible church is a large tree harboring many foul birds (Mat 13:31-32, 4, 19).  These agents of the Devil did not storm the gates, they were let in the back door.  In the last century, many of God’s people increased with goods, and they did not seek after fine gold tried in the fire.  They also succumbed to itching ears of the flesh to hear new things to entertain them, and that’s how these false teachers got their foot in the door.

Notice the parallel then between God’s people the Jews and God’s Church when they turn aside from Him.  Christians trapped in the nets of false teachers are nothing less than oppressed.  God allowed oppression to visit the Jews in the past for their turning aside to in their material prosperity (and He will do so again in the future).

What was the sign, and is the sign, of oppression? The Lord gave, and gives, children to be their leaders “and women rule over them” (Isa 3:4, 12).

Oh, the parallels.  Behold these ruffled-come-hipsters in their juvenile attire and obstinate defiance.  Consider the harlots turned ‘pastors’ not only tolerated but celebrated in churches as signs of progress. Let the redeemed of the Lord come out from among them.

Conclusion

We have enjoyed a more intimate conversation and a more casual tone in this conference, and for me it was a relaxing break. I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did, and that many of you learned a great deal as we looked behind the scenes and exposed the secret strategies and tactics of false teachers in the church of what’s happening now. Next week we will return to our regularly scheduled content.
